The 3 sites that I want to promote briefly are AVAAZ, FREERICE and KIVA. These are three great ways to change the world. Once you get the hang of it, please tell others. Many people asked me, What can we do? or What should we do? or How can we achieve world peace? While you are thinking about it, try doing these three things, you might get some inspiration.
僕がよくみる３つのインターネット・サイトを紹介します。AVAAZ, FREERICE 、そして KIVAです。これらが世界を変える３つの方法です。自分でためした後、他の人にも教えてあげて下さい。多くの人が、自分たちは何ができるのか。何をするべきか。世界平和をどのように達成できるのか。ということを聞きます。そのことを考えている間に、これら３つのサイトを見て下さい。きっとなにか得るものがあると思います。

KIVAは主に発展途上国で資金を必要としている人へ、お金を貸すシステムを しているサイトです。彼らが自分の力で貧困から抜け出すようにします。これはMICRO-LENDING （小規模の貸し付け）といいます。KIVAは、これから事業を立ち上げようとしている人を募集し、面接をし、そのお金で具体的に何をしようとしているのか審査します。審査に通ればその人たちはこのサイトに載り、貸し付けが受けられます。その後、返済していきますが、返済率は９７パーセントにもなります。貸す人には利子はありませんが、今後もしかして変わるかもしれません。１年間で約１２０万ドルの（１２億円？？？）お金が借りられています。善意ある多くの人々のおかげで、私たちは、発展途上の国々が、自分たちの力で、貧困から抜け出すのを手助けすることができます。
やり方はこうです。貸し手になるには、まずクレジットカードを準備して下さい。安全面を心配している人がいるかもしれない。だけど、銀行やインターネットの管理会社などが、クレジットカードから情報が盗まれないように、取り組んでいます。KIVAにお金を送ることを可能にしてくれるPAY PALという、インターネット上の銀行（オンライン・バンキング）は、とても安全です。 KIVAのサイトから、誰にお金を貸し付けるのか選んだら、クレジットカードで支払います。２５００円ぐらいからできます。そうすると後で、お金が戻ってくるので、また他の人に貸し付けたり、PAY PALの自分の口座からお金を引き出すことができます。
KIVA is a website that facilitates the flow of capital from people who are willing to LEND money to people in need in developing countries. Lending money enabling people to get them selves out of poverty. This is called micro-lending. KIVA organizes very small loans through partners in various countries who meet, interview, photograph the entrepreneur. You can see the person who is raising funds for a loan, their details, what they want to do with the money, when they will pay it back, etc. 97% of all loans has been paid back. There is no interest for the lenders as yet, but that might change soon. So far they have lent $120 million in 1 year. Thanks to millions of concerned individuals, we can help developing countries get them selves out of poverty.
So. What to do? This is a little more involved because you need a credit card. Most people might have concerns about security here. I would like to say that although there might be fraud on the internet, merchants, banks and web developers have made it very difficult for people steal from you. Rest assured that KIVA and PayPal have a good reputation and wont steal from you. Once you have joined KIVA and selected a few loans to fund, you need to pay KIVA using your credit card. When the credit will be returned you can then reinvest it again via KIVA or withdraw it using a Pay Pal account. Pay Pal is like an online bank.

AVAAZは、平和、環境、そして人権に関しての署名サイトです。２００７年の１月からこれまでに８３４万の署名を集めています。一番成功したキャンペーンがチベットでのダライラマの解放を要求するもので、１７０万の署名が集まりました。このキャンペーンでは、たった一週間で１００万の署名が集まりました。
AVAAZのおもしろいことは、いくつの署名を集めなきゃ、という制限がなく、どんな署名達成数も可能だということです。だから友達にも加わるように教えられます。最初は１万から始める。その一万ができたら、１０万の署名になります。その１０万ができたら２０万になります。そして５０万になります。その数は無限です。AVAAZの署名を広める活動も無限であるべきです。
AVAAZは、この署名活動を政治家に示し、メディアの注目を得るために、この活動をしています。また、新聞に広告をのせています。彼らは非常に厳しい状況での活動家達が、例えばミャンマーのお坊さん達、外の世界とつながることを可能にしてくれます。又、皆さんの国の大使館や政治家に署名を持っていくことができる権利を与えてくれ、応援してくれます。１つの世界、１つの声、それはとても影響力があります。それは秘密の武器のようです。そしていつか、AVAAZが９条を守ることに協力してくれることを望みます。助けを求める前に、ほかの人を助けましょう。
やり方はこうです。AVAAZ.ORGのサイトを見てください。日本語のサイトもあります。多くの署名にサインしてください。名前、メールアドレス、国、そして郵便番号を書けばいいだけです。お金はまったくかかりません。安全で、役に立ちます。メンバーの一人がAVAAZについて次のように述べています。「 私はかつて、大きな海のなかのしずくみたいに感じていた。だけどAVAAZは、そのしずくがこの大きな海を作っているのだということを気づかせてくれた。」
AVAAZ is a global petition site concerned with Peace, the Environment, and Human Rights. So far they have collected 7,900,000 individual signatures since January 2007. Their most successful campaign is for Tibet and The Dalai Lama and has reached 1,700,000 signatures so far. This campaign reached the 1 million signature target in just 1 week!
AVAAZ present the petition to prominent political figures and generate great media coverage. They also place adverts in newspapers. They also enable activists in impossible circumstances, like Burma, to connect to the outside world. But also AVAAZ encourages you to present the petition to the embassies in your country and to the politicians in your country. One world, one voice. Its very powerful. Its like a secret weapon. And one day I hope all of you will ask AVAAZ to help preserve Article 9 should the situation arise. Please join and help others before you ask for help.
So. What to do? Visit their website at AVAAZ.ORG (there is a link from my site too) and choose Japanese language. Learn about them. Sign as many petition as you like. All you have to do is leave your name, email address, country and zip code. It does not cost anything, its safe, its helpful. One of the members described AVAAZ like this: "I used to feel like a drop in the ocean, but AVAAZ reminds us that that is what the ocean is made of."

FREERICE はクリックするだけで、寄付ができるサイトです。いろんなプロジェクトのための寄付がたくさんあり、広告によって作られています。ほかの多くの寄付のサイトは、一日に一回しかクリックできませんが、FREERICEは一日中、寄付することができます。寄付の仕方はとても教育的です。いろんなジャンルのクイズがあり、それに答えると、必要な人に、お米を寄付できるようになっています。広告によって作られているので、無料です。クイズはいろんな種類があります。英語が難しかったら、算数の簡単なクイズがあるのでやってみよう。人のためになるだけではなく、教育的にもよいです。
やり方はこうです。FREERICE.COMのサイトから、クイズのジャンルを選び、質問に答えれば、多くの人に食べ物を寄付できます。僕は、毎回１０００粒のお米を寄付するようにしています。
FREERICE is a simple click donation site. There are many click donations site that give aid to development projects. This aid is generated by adverts on the site. While most click donations sites only let you click once a day, FREERICE you can keep donating all day long. They have an educational approach to donating. Their website consist of a question and a set of possible answers. For each answer you get right you will have donated some rice to people in need. The donation does not cost you anything. You can choose between different quizzes. I recommend maths for those who find it hard to read romanized alphabet or deal with english. Not only is it a food donation, its also educational.
