なんで“きゅうちゃん”っていうか知ってる？ それは日本の憲法９条の“９”からつけられた名前なんだよ。じゃあ、憲法９条はどんなこと言ってるか知ってる？それは“日本は永久に戦争をしないって誓ってそれを世界に宣言した”ことについて言っているんだよ。でも、その憲法９条が変わっちゃうかもしれないって知ってた？ほんとだよ。保守派って呼ばれる人たちがそれを変えたいって思ってるんだ。でも、もしそれが本当に変わってしまったら、日本は“アメリカといっしょに”戦争に参加してもいいってことになっちゃうんだ。それについてどう思う？

Do you know why its called Kyu Chan? Its named after Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution (Kenpo Kyu Jou). Do you know Article 9 says? It states that Japan will for ever renounce war as a sovereign right. Did you know that that Article 9 is likely to be amended? Its true. The conservatives want to amend the constitution. If it would change Japan will be able to take part in war along side America. How does that sound?
